Home Transformation: Coconut Grove
This total renovation changed the way its owners live in the house. More storage, improved flow, built-ins and a convertible guest room/ office were integral to the design.
Scope of services included space planning, millwork design, kitchen design, permitting, and construction phase services.
Exhibition Design: South Beach
This temporary exhibition was designed to accompany an Art Week 2020 special event sponsored by Herman Miller and The Eames Foundation. The challenge was to accommodate a variety of furniture, informational posters, graphics and products within a functioning showroom for home furnishings.
Scope of services included space planning, exhibition design and installation phase services.
Understated Traditional: Four Seasons Brickell
This complete condo renovation included an improved entry, an enlarged new kitchen, new walk-in closets and fully renovated bathrooms. The material palette and detailing was carefully chosen to achieve a detail-rich yet restrained character. All panelling and millwork details were designed by DVA.

Tropical Penthouse: Coconut Grove
Rich and tropical materials characterize this interior renovation. Goals also included enlarging the master bath and building a large, functional laundry room.

Model Unit: Miami
This unique project consisted of turning one apartment into two hotel rooms for a developer client.

Etnia Miami office build-out: Little Haiti
Art, branding, and distinction were the driving forces for this build-out.
In spite of the striking design and complexity this build-out was incredibly simple and economical.
